Driven by Teachers
The PE Train Founder and Director, Anthony Seaman (MCCT) studied at the University of Roehampton (London), gaining his BA (Hons) degree in Primary Education with QTS in 2005. He then taught in London Boroughs and Essex schools for 11 years before working as a specialist teacher, county PE advisor and lecturer.
Anthony has worked nationally, delivering PESSPA(H) staff development for a variety of well-respected organisations such as Get Set 4 Education and the Youth Sport Trust. Alongside his work as a trainer and lecturer, he has supported MATs, Active Partnerships and sector bodies as a consultant, where he has developed national schemes of work, curriculum resources and authored courses for Initial Teacher Training institutes.
Still teaching and working as a county advisor, Anthony supports the development of Primary PE through The PE Train, creating CPD models that improve staff confidence, competence and knowledge.

'Over the past 3 years, The PE Train has worked with us to successfully launch a new whole school PE curriculum and provide ongoing CPD for our staff across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
